Electrical Maintenance Required – (Commercial FM)

Location – Temple Quay, Bristol (BS1)

Environment – Commercial Building (static)

Standard Working - Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Rate - £20.00ph via umbrella (CIS) rate could potentially be negotiable for the right applicant.

Starting – ASAP

Duration – 12 weeks, minimum

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.

Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

Assist other team members when required or as directed from line manager.

Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.
