A well-established Top 100 accountancy firm in London is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Partner as part of its long-term succession and growth strategy.

• Lead the Private Client Tax team, with responsibility for delivery, people development, and strategic growth

• Oversee complex compliance and advisory work for a varied portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, non-doms, business owners, and family offices

• Drive new business development and contribute to the firm’s wider growth strategy

• Mentor and develop more junior team members, fostering a high-performing but supportive environment

• Collaborate with fellow partners across tax, wealth, and business advisory services

• A strong background in Private Client Tax, ideally at Director or Partner level within a respected practice

• CTA or ACA qualified

• Proven ability to manage complex personal tax matters and deliver advisory-led solutions

• A leadership mindset — commercially aware, people-focused, and comfortable representing the firm internally and externally

• A genuine interest in contributing to the long-term success of a collaborative, client-focused business
