Job Title: Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

We have an excellent opportunity for a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join a leading consultancy with offices in Preston, Manchester and Lichfield. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of sectors such as Commercial, Leisure, Energy, Housing and Sport.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage planning applications and appeals.
Provide strategic planning advice to a range of clients.
Undertake site appraisals and policy reviews.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.Requirements:

Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
Experience working as a Town Planner, ideally within a consultancy or local authority.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
