Salary: £60kpa - 65kpa DOE

Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday

Office Location: Leatherhead, but can be flexible.

A company that has ran for over 50 years is looking to add an experienced M&E Estimator to their team.

Role Overview:

* Work closely with Project Design Manager

* Focus on Commercial Projects, but Domestic Projects will be required also. Support Team in pricing Term and Building Works also

* Scope of project work ranging from £250k - £10mil

* Prepare detailed Pricing Matrix from Blueprints generated (takeoff and measure)

* Work with PDM on Project submissions.

* QS experience would be a benefit but not a necessity

* The candidate will assist Bids Teams with submission

* The Team is small, creating a larger scope for opportunity.
