The Duty Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that residents receive the highest levels of service, safety, and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming and well-managed environment at all times.
Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the residential building, including front-of-house, concierge services, and maintenance teams.

Manage and respond to residents’ requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and discretion, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness, security, and presentation throughout the property.

Coordinate with service providers and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standard.

Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Supervise and support on-site staff, providing guidance, feedback, and assistance as needed to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.

Report and follow up on any incidents or emergencies, ensuring a swift response in line with company protocols.
Skills and Qualifications

Have a background in luxury property management, high-end hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
