The role: Senior Programme Manager

Salary: £75,000 + Benefits

Location: Denham, Buckinghamshire

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working (3 days onsite) with a lunchtime finish on Friday

The role:

As part of a leading aerospace manufacturer, you will oversee the control and coordination of designated programmes, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives. You will also be responsible for reporting on assigned projects, guaranteeing their successful delivery in accordance with established requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Lead assigned projects within the Programmes team, ensuring effective control and coordination.

* Oversee and report on the progress of technical, engineering, and associated project activities.

* Ensure projects are managed, administered, and completed in line with contractual requirements.

* Guide and support administrative and technical personnel assigned to specific projects.

* Develop and establish project plans, ensuring clear communication across departments.

* Initiate internal work orders and allocate appropriate resources to projects.

* Monitor and control project costs to maintain budget alignment.

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure optimal product deployment.

* Represent the business as an expert voice, contributing to the development of world-leading, life-saving engineering solutions.

You:

To be considered for the role of Senior Programme Manager, you should be able to demonstrate:

• Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or Equivalent
