About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team. This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive daily rate of £100 - £120. The role is available due to an expansion of our teaching staff, reflecting our commitment to maintaining small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and effective learning experiences.

You will primarily support Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes, assisting in delivering lessons, providing targeted interventions, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. With class sizes averaging 25 students, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of academic excellence and pastoral care.

Application Requirements:

• Possess relevant experience in a primary school setting.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Proven adaptability to respond to the varying needs of students and support different learning styles.
• Genuine passion for nurturing children's learning journeys and fostering their holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
• Lead small group interventions to support students' academic progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
