Assistant Accountant

£40,000 + Pension + Private

If you are an Assistant Accountant seeking a responsible role where you will be able to develop and grow, look no further than this position.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting the Accountant with the day to day management of the accounts function

- Overseeing the management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers

- Dealing with supplier/client accounts in GBP, Euro’s and USD

- Preparing monthly prepayment and accrual reports and posting month - end journal

- Helping produce profit and loss reports and reconciling monthly balance sheet

- Completing bank reconciliations and managing multicurrency accounts
