I am currently working with a well established Principal Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment projects varying from £5- 40Mill within the Commercial Office, Leisure and High End Resi sectors, who are searching for an experienced Technical or Building Services Manager to oversee M&E Packages on their projects in the Hertfordshire area.
