Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Valuer to join their Merrow office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on sales with management responsibilities.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Valuer, you will assist in managing the office operations while conducting market appraisals, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating deals. The successful candidate will have proven estate agency experience, excellent leadership qualities, and strong commercial acumen.This is a full-time position offering a substantial basic salary with excellent earning potential through our competitive commission structure.

• Location: Merrow office serving prime Surrey locations
• Salary: Up to £50k OTE
