Are you an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk looking for a role with flexibility and a supportive team? We have an excellent opportunity in Eastleigh to join a successful private healthcare company. You’ll play a key part in managing client payments, performing bank reconciliations, and generating financial reports. If you have strong transactional experience and want to work in a friendly environment, this could be the perfect fit!
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for: - Chasing up outstanding payments from clients
- Liaising with clients about payment
- Agreeing payment plans to retrieve outstanding money
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Generating reports on debt and income for management review
What you will need: - Previous experience in a similar role, such as Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Receivable Clerk / Credit Control Assistant / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Working knowledge of Excel and Sage
