We have an opportunity for an organised and professional Design Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Role

* Working to tight timescales

* Be responsible for the design, detailing and components specifications and support of the Project Team

* Ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for customer/international specifications.

* System design & technical calculations in support of Project Manager.

* Client Liaison (In support of PM).

The Candidate

* 5+ years of design experience required

* Degree or HNC qualified in Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)

* Background in Rotating Machinery, O&G industry, Water industry, heavy industry, or pumps

* Full, clean driving licence required.

* Up to £52,000
