I am seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher for long-term supply roles across schools in Doncaster and Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a difference in early education and is eager to contribute to school culture through planning, marking, and active involvement.
Day-to-day of the role: - Delivering engaging and educational lessons to KS1 students.
- Planning and preparing lessons that meet curriculum standards and the needs of all pupils.
- Marking and providing constructive feedback on student work.
- Becoming an integral part of the school community and contributing to the school culture.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles within the classroom.
- Maintaining a well-managed classroom and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT's welcome.
- Experience teaching in KS1 or a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
