We are working with a Consultancy linked to a high-profile academic institution to hire a Project Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team.You will be a skilled project administrator with exceptional skills in project administration, dealing with large sets of data, following process and providing excellent stakeholder support. Duties:
- Administer new project files portals and documentation
- Update project trackers and planners with actions and dates
- Work with a high volume of data including collating, checking, copying and cross-referencing data in a variety of formats
- Monitor and chase submission of reporting information
- Contract admin including liaison between legal and finance teams ensuring accuracy of contract data and that documents are completed shared and logged accordingly
- Share timely and accurate information with finance and other departments to support invoice processes
- Support the finance team on all project related finance issues ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Manage project inboxes actioning or escalating incoming mail accordingly
- Support with logistics for meetings in terms of scheduling, catering, travel, rooms, agendas etc
- Take minutes and actions in meetings and circulate appropriately
You will be:
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Have proven ability as an administrator within a project-based environment
- Have proven ability in working with large sets of data including data entry, presenting data and ensuring accuracy across word, excel, crm and other platforms
- Have exceptional MS office skills
- Be customer service oriented delivering all stakeholders exceptional interaction
- Quick to respond and proactive
This role will operate on a hybrid basis with some time on site at the Central London offices mixed with remote working, this is project dependent with a good balance between the two but flexibility to be office based as needed is required.
