Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Location: West Bromwich, UK

A leading glass manufacturer and processing company supplying the UK is on the lookout for a talented Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and commission electrical installations
Diagnose and correct electrical faults
Perform planned preventative maintenance
Handle unscheduled maintenance as requiredQualifications:

Electrical qualification: C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation or HND Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Proficiency in English: IELTS B1 (or equivalent, if non-UK)Skills and Requirements:

Strong understanding of electrical principles and basic installations
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Proficient in basic mechanical tasks, including machining, welding, plumbing, and greasing
Knowledge of PLCs and basic software understandingBenefits:
