The Role
As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing functions through various administrative and customer-focused tasks. Key Responsibilities:

* Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and pricing according to agreed terms.

* Updating and maintaining CRM customer records with relevant information.

* Coordinating with the production team on delivery schedules.

* Acting as the primary point of contact for customer communications, ensuring timely responses and assisting the Sales Manager in managing accounts.

* Overseeing the progress of orders, including arranging dispatch.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships across the company and with external stakeholders.

* Preparing and following up on quotations.

* Producing basic costings for repeat parts.

* Managing the online shop for stock products.

The Candidate
Previous experience in a sales administration role.

A background in engineering or manufacturing (preferred but not essential).

Stable career history.

A confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.

Good GCSE results in English and Maths.

The Package
The salary for this position £23,000-£32,000 (depending on experience), plus a 25% bonus for candidates who meet all key qualifications and competencies
