About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a more experienced educator, with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) available for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, committed to creating and maintaining a thriving learning atmosphere.​

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse abilities and aptitudes of pupils.​
Assessment and Reporting: Assess, record, and report on pupil's development, progress, and attainment.​
Classroom Management: Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and engagement.​
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider life of the school communityQualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.​
Possess an undergraduate degree relevant to primary education.​
Have successful experience teaching the primary curriculum.​
Demonstrate a good understanding of current theories and best practices in teaching and learning, particularly related to achieving high rates of progress for primary-aged children.​
Exhibit strong subject knowledge of the core National Curriculum
Understand child development and progression and how these impact planning.​
Be skilled in effective strategies for managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Have an understanding of equal opportunity issues and how they can be addressed in schools.​
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.​Benefits:
