North Bristol- Static Role

£50,000 (Mon-Fri) full time, permanent, 25 days + BH, private healthcare

Your new company: M&E Engineer

* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

* This Role will be doing M&E technical works on a large commercial site in North Bristol. Single man site.

Your new role as a M&E Engineer

* You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial site in North Bristol

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of appliances including:

* switchgear, fire suppression, HVAC, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, battery installations, small power and lighting, etc.

* This is a single man site so need to be comprehensive in mechanical & electrical maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed: M&E Engineer

* A recognised apprenticeship in relevant mechanical or electrical discipline is essential.

* Driving license is essential.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service technical multi-skilled role is essential.

* 18th Edition and Test & Inspect essential.
