Tradewind is on the lookout for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong SEN background. The successful candidate will be working in a Runcorn-based Primary School. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can adapt activities for students they are working with to support individual needs and who has a positive approach to managing challenging behaviour.

This is a full-time, long-term role starting from September 2024 with the potential to run through to July 2025.

The school will only accept applications from experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants who have had prior experience in supporting children / young adults with SEN. The successful candidate will be paid £440 - £495 per week.

What you need:

• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• SEN experience
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS or a willingness to obtain one
• 2x professional references including one from your most recent employer
• Legal right to work in the UK
