Our client is a small insurance provider based in Aylsham. They are seeking someone with insurance experience or someone with GREAT customer service skills to advise on their International Pet Insurance lines.

You will need to be tech-savvy and have an excellent telephone manner!

Ideally someone with previous Pet Insurance knowledge or a Veterinary Nurse who is looking for a change - or someone who delivers a top customer service experience.

This role can be Full-time or Part-time.

Monday to Friday and some Saturdays on a rota basis
