What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Providing strategic insights to support key business decisions
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and controls
• Overseeing and mentoring the finance team
• Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role (ideally within an SME)
• Strong accounting skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software & reporting tools
