Senior Contracts Manager - to £100k plus package

Oxford / Buckinghamshire

We are recruiting for a leading main contractor that operates in Oxford and Buckinghamshire. They wish to expand their business in this region and as such, to engage an Operations Manager that has good local knowledge, including supply chain, consultants and clients.

The ideal candidate will be client facing and come from a tier 1 / tier 2 main contractor and have previous experience of working on frameworks (education, healthcare etc) along with competitive tendering with private clients in the care home, commercial, & leisure sectors etc. Generally schemes are £2m - £15m in value

The successful candidate will be ambitious, driven and energetic, capable of encouraging and inspiring staff, to bring out the best in individuals. That coupled with a strong understanding of construction techniques and the art of handling clients when the pressure is on.

In return they offer a salary up to £100k in value and great benefits including car allowance, travel, healthcare, pension and holidays
