Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher with expertise in French and/or Spanish to join our team. This position is open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about language learning and ready to make a difference in students' lives. You'll deliver engaging lessons that promote language skills, cultural knowledge, and a global mindset among students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons (French and/or Spanish) across KS3 and KS4.

* Inspire students to develop their language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

* Encourage a deeper understanding of different cultures and global citizenship.

* Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage diverse learners and foster language confidence.

* Contribute to extracurricular language clubs, trips, and cultural events.

Requirements:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

* Degree in a relevant subject (French, Spanish, or related fields).

* A passion for languages and cultural exchange.

* Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to supporting students' growth.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a diverse school community.
