Extra Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor role for one of our clients based in the Rugby area. As a Production Supervisor you will be leading a group of team Leaders and their production teams, planning, coordinating and monitoring workflow.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4 Team Leaders and their production teams

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules and workflow

• Ensure production output meets required standards and deadlines

• Promote and enforce health & safety practices across the shop floor

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity

• Monitor stock levels and work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams

• Report on KPIs and daily production performance to management

• Foster a positive, team-oriented working environment

Production Supervisor Details:

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 PA + (Production Bonus scheme)

Location: Rugby

Schedule: 07:00 AM - 3:00 PM

25 days + 8 days bank holiday

Production Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience in a production supervisory or leadership role (ideally within manufacturing of windows or doors)

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
