Role Overview:

* The role will report to the new Improvement Head of Service to provide on-site team management. The position will have 3x 'System Development Consultant's' reporting into the role holder, providing a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

This role leads on ensuring the Council's 'NEC Housing' business application is effectively used strategically by:

* Ensuring the system is supported and maintained from a technical perspective

* Adopting a proactive product management approach to the ongoing technical updates, system configuration and service improvements

* Embracing user centred and agile methods

* Supporting continuous improvement
