Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

I am working with a premium supplier with over 50 years in the industry. They are expanding their team and searching for a Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing sales orders, assisting with customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments and ensure the sales operations is running smoothly .

  • Arranging and co-coordinating equipment installations
  • Managing new agreements
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Processing and tracking sales orders
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues
  • Support the sales team with any administration duties
  • Monitor inventory and update the team on availability
  • Chase any accounts on overdue debts
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all records are accurate

Your Experience

  • Experience working as a Sales Administrator
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Stakeholder pension

Discretionary Profit bonus - after probation
