Client Account Manager to join our Accounts Team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth compliance processes for our clients. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and looking for a career where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client services. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding accounts.
- Reviewing clients' financials in Xero and preparing them for further processing by the Outsourcing Team.
- Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations.
- Collaborating with clients and the team to ensure timely account filings.
- Helping clients access meaningful financial insights.

About You:We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
- Progress toward your ACCA qualification.
- Strong client service skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Experience working with small business owners.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload.
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software.
