An exciting new opportunity as Food and Beverage Duty Manager has become available with this leading hotel group based in Cape Town - This role reports into the Hotel Deputy GM & oversees the F&B department - Scope for progression within the group.
Requirements:
South African national/ or resident with valid work permit
Relevant tertiary qualification + 3 years in a senior leadership position
MS Office, knowledge of OPERA
Responsibilities:
Effective management of the F&B finance & administration including budgets, financial analysis, management systems & reporting
Access & interpret human resource policies & legislative requirements for efficient implementation
Develop & implement policies, procedures, strategies & controls for the sourcing, purchasing & deliveries of stock
Establish & drive action plans that ensure the optimal functioning of the department
Manage all areas related to contractual arrangements
Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests' expectations are anticipated & exceeded
