An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well established and respected Newmarket organisation for a focused and mature candidate to join the existing finance team in the role of permanent Junior Finance Assistant.

This role will form part of a team of 9, reporting in to the Financial Controller, and will include a variety of tasks including:

-Invoice processing

-Processing payments

-Petty cash tasks

-Assisting with payroll

-General office administration

This client is looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in an accounting career.  They will consider recent graduates and sixth form leavers, as well as those with some existing office experience looking to make the move into a finance position.   

Candidates should have a good standard of education, good IT skills and excellent written and spoken communication skills.  A flexible and willing attitude is essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team.

This role is fully office based, with on site parking and an excellent salary and benefits package, including bonus and a generous holiday entitlement.
