• Manage the full process of off-plan conveyancing, from instruction to post-completion.
• Liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Conduct thorough title checks and prepare all necessary legal documents.
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring all conditions are met before exchange and completion.
• Keep clients updated and handle any questions or concerns they may have.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong client care abilities, with the confidence to explain legal terms clearly.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with case management systems.
