Are you an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant ready to support pupils with a range of complex learning and behavioural needs? Reeson Education is working with a well-resourced primary school in Enfield that is looking for a confident and reliable SEN TA to support children both 1:1 and in small groups, particularly in their specialist SEN provision.

Duties Will Include:

Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH

Using a range of communication tools and behaviour strategies

Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver personalised interventions

Providing structure, routine, and emotional support throughout the day

Helping pupils develop confidence, social interaction, and independence

You'll Need To Have as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Prior experience working as an SEN TA or Learning Support Assistant

A good understanding of complex needs and inclusive strategies

A caring, proactive, and team-focused attitude

A DBS on the update service or readiness to apply
