Our client is looking for an experienced Homeless Housing Coordinator.

The Homeless Housing Coordinator will sit within the Priority Assessment Team, to assess Relief cases and make appropriate Main Duty s184 decisions.

You must have expert knowledge of the homelessness legislation and practice, and experience working as a homeless officer assessing cases under the Homelessness Reduction Act. You should also have knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. You should have plenty of experience completing s184 decision letters, and making enquiries in order to accept cases for the Main Housing Duty.
