Lettings Administrator - Muswell Hill

Salary - £30,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Live within a 30-40-minute commute of the office

Our well established and highly regarded client based in the North London area of Muswell Hill are looking for a Lettings Assistant to join their hard-working team assisting with processing rents and paying contractors alongside other administrative duties. A company priding themselves on hard work, client attraction and an excellent attitude to all aspects of a busy Estate Agency. Responsibilities:

* Bank reconciliation

* processing rents, paying contractors and clients.

* Chasing rent arrears ( this is nearly never )

* Applying for references

* Drawing up tenancy agreements

* Renewing tenancy agreements

* Applying for visa status for foreign applicants

* Registering deposits with the DPS,

* Uploading and editing marketing photos onto the software

* Completing files and ensuring the correct documents and prescribed notices get sent out to tenants.

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work load.

* We use Vebra Alto software

* knowledge on Excel would benefit.

* A good telephone manner is very important
