Job Purpose As a Tax Manager, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting team development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
- Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Providing strategic advice on tax planning to maximise client benefits
- Leading on complex tax advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as a key advisor
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Identifying opportunities to grow client services and contributing to business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant - ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with significant experience in tax compliance and advisory services
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and planning opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
- Experience leading and mentoring a team to achieve high performance
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is an advantage
