What You'll Be Doing: ?? Strategic Financial Planning - Drive budgeting, forecasting & cost analysis?? Financial Analysis - Spot trends, identify key insights & guide decisions??? Financial Modelling - Improve and develop forecasting tools?? Business Partnering - Collaborate with teams to align on financial goals?? Reporting & Insights - Deliver clear, impactful financial recommendations
What You'll Need to Succeed: ? Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)? 5+ years FP&A experience - strong analytical & forecasting skills? Excellent communication - turn complex data into clear strategies? Proactive mindset - problem-solving, influencing & driving change? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
