Key Responsibilities:

Tool Repairs & Servicing - Inspect, repair, and service a variety of tools, ensuring all work meets high standards
Processing Returns - Handle initial service centre returns efficiently.
Calibration & Certification - Generate accurate calibration certificates.
Customer Service - Package and process tools for return to customers.
Warehouse Support - Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse operations when required.What We're Looking For:
Technical & IT Skills - Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is beneficial.
Attention to Detail - Accuracy is key when repairing tools and handling documentation.
Great Communication - Able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
Team Player - Works well within a busy warehouse environment.
