• Daily processing of invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Ledger Assistant
• Good Excel knowledge, including VLookups and Pivot tables
• A desire to grow in the role and gain exposure to other areas of accounts
