Day-to-day of the role: - Develop and deliver the Health & Safety Policy, including managing risk assessments and controls.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to address HSE management issues effectively.
- Manage the HSE staff and contractors’ awareness and training program.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Environmental, Social, and Governance Policy, including developing plans for achieving net-carbon neutrality by 2030.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Recent practical experience in HSE management practices.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and investigations.
- NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and/or an IEMA foundation course in Environmental Management, or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 45001 standards.
- Team players with a pragmatic and resilient approach to challenges.
- Critical thinkers and engaging communicators capable of promoting safe work practices effectively.
