Based in South West - Bristol
Paying around £55k + Bonus + Benefits
Permanent - Hybrid

Our client, a reputable organisation based in Bristol, is seeking a highly skilled Reward & Benefits Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the organisation in relation to their overall reward and benefits strategy. As a valued member of the HR team, you will play an instrumental role in assisting the organisation in achieving their overall goals.

Responsibilities:

Support the HR team in implementing and maintaining the reward and benefits strategy.
Assist with the administration of reward-related processes and cyclical activities.
Utilise your excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, to handle data analysis and reporting.
Be adaptable and able to prioritise your own work, demonstrating a positive "can-do" attitude when resolving issues.
Contribute to project work, ensuring its successful completion.
Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to effectively deliver reward and benefits initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrated experience supporting reward processes and cyclical activities, preferably in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of HR databases and reporting tools.
Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Thorough approach with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a professional services organisation would be advantageous.
