A leading UK FMCG company in Leicester is seeking an adaptable, multi-skilled engineer for an exciting opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in food or FMCG industries.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on new and existing equipment.
Conduct preventative and planned maintenance.
Work on high-speed FMCG machinery, handling fault finding on various equipment.
Read electrical drawings and perform fault finding on PLCs (advantageous).
Support process improvements, TPM, and 5S workplace practices for both engineering and manufacturing.
Maintenance Engineer Skills & Experience

Relevant qualifications (Degree, NVQ, or apprenticeship background).
Prior experience as a maintenance engineer.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
