Hours: Flexible shifts between 6am-6pm, 8 hours per day

Are you an experienced Engineering Supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee our maintenance team of five at the Portsmouth Designer Outlet. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a maintenance team of five, ensuring high standards of performance.

* Hands-On Role: Split your time 50/50 between on-the-tools work and administrative tasks.

* Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

* Support & Escalation: Work closely with the Technical Manager for any escalations.

* Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible work schedule with shifts between 6am and 6pm.

* Overtime & Call-Out: Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 5), with potential for overtime.
