Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker

Base Salary to £38,000 + Great Benefits

Hybrid - London or Fully remote within the UK

Our client is one of the UK's leading inbound Tour operators.

Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Group Reservations who is a native German speaker who has experience and knowledge of the groups market within France with a focus on the leisure and luxury travel market

This a pivotal role and previous group reservations experience within the French market and fluency in German is essential.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis or fully remote within the UK

Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker Responsibilities:

Dealing with new bookings which can vary between leisure and luxury

Looking after all aspect of group from beginning till the end

Being the main point of contact for new and existing clients

Ensure all offers are sent out in the company's standard format and entered correctly into the operational system.

Prepare and submit relevant documents to both clients and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner

Book & negotiate services in accordance with the itineraries with best rate and conditions (e.g. hotels, coaches, guides, restaurants, entrances etc.)

Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker Experience Required:

Previous groups reservations experience is essential

Fluency in German to native level is essential

Knowledge of the French travel market

Exceptional Customer Service skills, looking to always exceed expectations

Ability to manage own workload

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Strong planning and organisational skills

Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment

Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary to £38,000 depending on experience

24 days annual leave

Hybrid - London or fully remote within the UK

Working from abroad policy for up to 4 weeks
