Salary; £24,000 per annum
Shift Pattern; 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Location; Oakham, Rutland
Our client, a fast growing specialist company based in Oakham, is seeking a Business Centre Administrator who demonstrates enthusiasm, organisational skills and able to prioritise workloads to ensure a smooth running of the business.

The Business Centre Administrator Role;
* Daily Control of petty cash and monthly reconciliation
* Creating and raising POs
* Delivery notes scanning
* Filing
* Reception duties
* Daily handling of phone calls and email communication
* Monitoring stock levels
* Training room preparations
* Supporting goods-in team with delivery notes
* Reporting and analysis
* General administrative duties
The Business Centre Administrator Candidate;
* Strong Organisational skills
* Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail
* Able to work independently within a fast paced environment
* Previous experience within an administrative role would be advantageous
