Our wonderful client based in Woking are looking for a Team Administrator to join their team. This role would be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support. If you're a hardworking, great communicator and well organised individual then this role could be for you.

The role involves:

  • Managing all appointments and diaries
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Dealing with telephone enquires
  • Managing complaints
  • Providing assistance to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Have previous administration support
  • Great diary management skills
  • Minute taking experience
  • Work well under pressure
  • Great communication
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
