Our wonderful client based in Woking are looking for a Team Administrator to join their team. This role would be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support. If you're a hardworking, great communicator and well organised individual then this role could be for you.
The role involves:
- Managing all appointments and diaries
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Preparing meeting minutes
- Dealing with telephone enquires
- Managing complaints
- Providing assistance to stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Have previous administration support
- Great diary management skills
- Minute taking experience
- Work well under pressure
- Great communication
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
