RAC have an excitingopportunityfor aNight Incident Advisor to join ourDAFaid Control Centrebased in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.

As a Night Incident Advisor you will playan important integral role in theefficient operationof the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered -Objective of our customers is DAFaid 1st Priority.

Salary is£23,795.20per year plus an additional Night Allowance of £#removed# (once your training period is successfully completed)

Shifts are on arolling4-ON 4-OFF basis starting at 7pm and finishing at 6am

|Pro rata 40 Hours per week.

Key Accountabilities

  • To play an important integral role in the efficientoperation withinthe DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
  • To demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst providing inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
  • Demonstrating initiative, by managing workload effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Working as an individual within a team however also working as part of a team to deliver a service second to none

We are looking for a highly reliable candidate who is able to complete work to a high standard of accuracy,anddetailand workto deadlines. You mustpossessexcellent keyboard skills and proven experience in standard packages of WordandExcel.A confident telephone manor and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience working within a Contact Centre environment is desired.

To be successful in this role you must be assertive and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the organisation, bothinternally and externally. Youmustbe able to work confidently independently as well as part of a team.
