As an Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the electrical integrity and safety of our client's retail spaces. This dynamic position involves a mix of hands-on electrical work and building maintenance, offering a variety of tasks and challenges.

Key Responsibilities for a Engineering Lead:

* Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across multiple retail locations.

* Conduct regular electrical inspections and preventative maintenance.

* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize disruption.

* Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders to coordinate electrical work.

* Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

* Mentor and guide junior electricians and apprentices as required.

Qualifications/Experience required for an Engineering Lead

* Qualifications: Equivalent to Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

* Experience: Some experience in electrical maintenance and installations, preferably within the retail or commercial sectors.

* Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

* Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
