The Recruitment Co are looking for a Receptionist to join our client based in Midlothian.

Job Location: Midlothian
Salary: £12.5/13 ph

Hours:

You will need to be available to work on a Friday
Plus an additional day a week Duties

Answering inbound phone calls in a professional manner and routing necessary calls
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
Scheduling meetings
Organising Diaries
Updating company calendars
Key Management
Property Utilities
Monitor Repairs Requirements

Strong communication skills
Experience working within customer facing roles
Property background is desirable but not necessary You will have excellent communication skills and build strong relationships across the business to ensure you are able to communicate at all levels.
