They are now looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background in building services and a proven ability to oversee complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Design Coordination: Manage the technical design and ensure seamless integration of building services across all stages of the project lifecycle.

* Project Oversight: Supervise the delivery of mechanical and electrical services to meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all works adhere to health, safety, and industry regulations, as well as company standards.

* Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

* Team Leadership: Guide and support the technical services team, promoting collaboration and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

* Significant experience in a Technical Services Manager role, ideally within a Tier 1 contractor.

* Expertise in managing building services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for large-scale commercial projects.

* Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

* Strong understanding of design coordination, building regulations, and construction methodologies.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

* Relevant qualifications in building services or engineering (e.g., HND/HNC, degree, or equivalent).
