Our prestigious client within the Marketing and PR sector, based in Alcester are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with 2 years' experience within Marketing to join a small but busy team whose company ethos is to share knowledge, explore creativity, and develop the skills and confidence needed within the industry, which is demonstrated from both directors and the team with their knowledge and experience.

Our client has over 10 years' experience in dealing with the marketing requirements of an array of businesses from large blue-chip organizations to sole traders and have the ability to scale services to any organisation's needs and budget in order to give their brand their own voice.

This is an extremely varied Marketing Manager role and is ideal for someone looking to develop their all-round skills in the field.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Brainstorming, researching, planning and developing content ideas to maximise engagement

* Digital and social media strategies meeting the objectives of each client and their needs

* Implementing and supporting content marketing strategies including social media, website, blog, SEO an more depending on the audience and purpose

* Ensuring all material meets standards of Plain English and Brand guidelines

* Working alongside the team to create video content for multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn

* Measuring and reporting content and digital marketing campaigns performance

* Implementing new technologies and insights in developing campaigns

About the successful candidate:

* 2 years of Marketing experience

* Natural storytelling and creative writing style

* Eager to develop skills, follow trends and use business tools

* Able to deliver objectives by providing support to the Marketing Director in a constantly changing environment

* Able to work productively within a team and independently

* An excellent communicator

* A 'can do' attitude with a keen interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content production

* Well organised and motivated with excellent attention to detail and time management

* Driving License (Essential) and willingness to travel occasionally

* Experience in hospitality or B2B marketing (preferred)
