The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis.

Salary:

£27,000 per annum

The Role:
As an internal sales executive you will be responsible for managing customers relationships by phone and email.

Duties:

• Processing of sales orders
• Responding to customer with product enquiries
• Processing returns
• Liaising with the warehouse team
• Outbound calls to customers to check products received
• Upsell of products

Experience / Skills:

• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Team player
• Knowledge of CRM system
